What lagomsale is

lagomsale is an index. We read the public sale pages of independent slow-fashion brands, record what they are showing, and present it in one catalogue so a piece can be found without visiting forty shops.

We hold no stock, take no orders, process no payments and ship nothing. Every purchase is made on the brand’s own shop, under the brand’s own terms. By using this site you accept these terms; if you do not, please stop using it.

We are not paid by the brands

We take no commission, no affiliate fee and no placement money. No brand pays to appear here, and no brand can pay to rank higher. Links out are plain links.

Listing a brand is therefore not an endorsement of it, and it is not a certification of anything the brand claims. See the disclaimer for how brands come to be in the index.

Prices, sizes and stock

Everything you see — price, discount, sizes, availability — is read automatically from the brand’s own shop and can be out of date by the time you read it. Sales end, stock sells through, currencies move, and an automated reader can misread a page.

The brand’s own product page is the only authority on price and availability. Nothing here is an offer to sell, and no price shown here binds anyone.

Buying happens at the brand

When you follow a link out, you leave this site. The contract you make is with that brand alone, governed by their terms, their prices, their shipping, returns, warranty and consumer-rights handling.

We are not a party to it and cannot help with an order, a refund, a delivery or a dispute. Those go to the brand directly.

How you may use the site

Browse it, link to it, quote it, send a page to a friend — all fine, and the point.

Please do not:

• bulk-copy, scrape or re-publish the index or any substantial part of it as a competing catalogue;
• load the site in a way designed to degrade it for others, or attempt to break, probe or circumvent its infrastructure;
• use it for anything unlawful, or in a way that misrepresents it as affiliated with a brand.

We may restrict access where this happens. Reasonable personal use, and ordinary indexing by search engines within robots.txt, are always welcome.

Whose words and pictures these are

The writing, design, code and the arrangement of the catalogue are ours. Product names, photographs, descriptions and trade marks belong to the brands, and appear here as a reference to publicly listed goods, attributed and linked to their source.

If you hold rights in material shown here and want it removed, write to [email protected] with the page and the material, and we will take it down promptly while we look into it.

The site is provided as it is

lagomsale is offered free of charge and as-is. We do not promise it will be available, complete, accurate or uninterrupted, and we may change, suspend or retire any part of it — including the whole of it — at any time.

Links to third-party shops are given for convenience; we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their security or their practices.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this site or reliance on anything in the index — including a price, discount or stock figure that turned out to be wrong, or anything that happened after you clicked through to a brand.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited: death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the site changes. The revision date at the top of this page always tells you which version is in force, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Material changes will be obvious rather than quiet.

These terms are governed by the law of the European Union, without displacing any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy where you live.
