Made in China Noni. A dramatic funnel neck long sleeve top made in an all-over stitched and smocked floral pattern. Designed to be worn together with the Blanche skirt for the full evening look, where both pieces can also be worn as separates. The fabric of the top is stitched throughout to create the bubbly texture at the surface, which also provides a comfortable stretch, making the top fit a variety of shapes and mold to the body.
