Made in China Blanche. A statement full-length evening skirt made in an all-over stitched and smocked floral pattern. Designed to be worn together with the Noni top for the full evening look, where both pieces can also be worn as separates. The fabric of the skirt is stitched throughout to create the bubbly texture at the surface, which also provides a comfortable stretch, making the skirt mold to the hip, and allowing it to be worn higher or lower to acheive the desired length.
